Cinderella Penguin

 

After reading Cinderella Penguin by Janet Perlman and comparing it to the classic Disney version my third grade class decided to write their own twist on this wonderful tale. 

New Cinderella Story – Cinderella Bunny

Once upon a time there was a lonely bunny named Cinderella. Cinderella lived with her very nice godmother and mean stepmother and stepsisters. One day it was announced that the prince was giving a ball. All week her stepmother and stepsisters painted their nails, perfumed themselves and picked out gowns. Poor Cinderella hopped around doing her regular chores and other things for her stepmother and stepsisters for her godmother was to old to work. The day of the ball came when her stepmother and stepsisters left Cinderella started to weep. Just then she noticed her grandmother was a fairy godmother. Her fairy godmother said said she could go to the ball. She dressed Cinderella in the most beautiful gown she’d had ever seen. Cinderella also got some glass hoppers. She went to the ball the prince never left her. When the clock struck twelve she thought she should leave. So she left quickly. The prince found her with her glass hopper. They got married and lived with her fairy godmother.

Cinderella and Her Fairy Godmother

Once upon a time in a faraway land there lived a poor girl named Cinderella. She lived with her mean stepmother and stepsisters. Her stepmother made her do all the chores, but Cinderella had a secret. Her fairy godmother did all the chores for her with a tap of her magic wand. One day there was an announcement that a ball was taking place at the palace. Her stepmother and stepsisters asked Cinderella to get tehri dresses ready. She quickly got them ready because once she was done she could go upstairs to see her dress that her fairy godmother was making for her to wear to the ball. When Cinderella saw it she gasped because it was so pretty. Once her stepmother and stepsisters left she put on her dress and got into her coach that was waiting outside the door. When she arrived at the palace the prince saw her and they danced and danced until quarter of twelve. Then Cinderella left the palace. The next day the prince sent a search party looking for Cinderella and soon they found her. The next day the prince and Cinderella got married, they lived happily ever after.


The Poor Cinderella the Penguin

Once upon a time there was a girl named Cinderella and she was poor. She could only afford a house. One day she went to a palace to talk to the king. The king said that Cinderella should get a job at the king’s palace. She listened to the king and got a job. Cinderella got paid fifty dollars an hour and she was not poor ever again. The End.


Cinderella Dolphin – Ball Under the Sea

Once upon a time there was a little dolphin under the sea. Her name was Cinderella. She had two stepsisters and one evil stepmother. One day the prince dolphin announced that there was going to be a ball on the intercom. Cinderella heard about it and she did not want to tell her stepmother and stepsisters but they heard about it anyways. The night of the ball the two stepsisters were painting their nails hot pink. Well, the stepmother was trying on purple, pink, blue and green dresses on. They all went to the ball except Cinderella. Cinderella was crying. Then Cinderella’s fairy godmother went inside to get Cinderella and to get her ready for the ball. Cinderella went to the ball and was having a wonderful time until the time struck midnight. She started to run and flipper fell off but she kept on running. She tried to get away as quick as possible but the prince was not happy. He went around the whole town trying on the flipper and it only fir Cinderella. The prince asked Cinderella to marry her and she said yes. The next day they got married. Cinderella and the prince had five kids and lived happily ever. The End.


Cinderella and the Missing Broom

One summer afternoon Cinderella was working in the palace. Then her stepsisters made her sweep the floor. The next day the broom was missing, she looked everywhere. Cinderella could not find the broom. Then she looked in the closet and there it was. The missing broom had been in the closet all along. One day Cinderella got married. The End.


Cinderella and the Magic Ball

Once upon a time Cinderella said, “I want to go to the magic ball”. Her stepsister Linda told her she could not go or else. Prince Maeham thought Cinderella should go. Linda and Maeham got into a fight. That night a woman dressed in yellow told Cinderella to get a pumpkin, mice and a shoe. Cinderella went to the ball and it was magic. Cinderella’s two stepsisters were not happy. The king was King David Lansix the third and the queen was Queen Ashley Frick the first. The very next day Cinderella and Maeham got married. Her sisters Linda and pink were very mad. Sadly Cinderella and Maeham eventually passed away. They had a wonderful life together. The End.


Cinderella Hamster

Once upon a time there lived a hamster named Cinderella. She lived with her father, stepmother and stepsisters. Her father went to get wood for the fire. A cat came a long and ate him. Now she lives with her stepmother and stepsisters, they made her their slave. They called for Cinderella every two minutes. She had to wash all of the dishes and do all of the laundry. The doorbell rang. The mailman handed Cinderella a letter and she gave it to her stepmother. The letter said to come to a ball on Friday night. Cinderella’s stepmother said she could not go until she finished her chores. When she finished her chores she made a dress, but her stepsisters ripped it on her. Her fairy godmother came and made her look pretty so she could go to the ball. Cinderella had a great time. She ended up getting married to the prince and lived happily ever after. The End.


The Bowling Cinderella

Once upon a time there was a girl named Cinderella. She had nothing to do. She decided to go bowling with her friend. They ended up bowling for hours. Cinderella and her friend both got four strikes. They had a lot of fun, one time Cinderella let go of the ball and threw it into the ceiling. The ceiling cracked but they still had fun. She lived happily ever after. The end.

Once upon a time there was a girl name Cinderella. Cinderella had a magic broom that she and two of her friends would play with. One day the broom ran away and flew off without Cinderella. It never came back so Cinderella had to say goodbye to the broom and told it to have a nice trip. The next day was Halloween. Cinderella and her friends ate dinner and after dinner had some candy. The candy was poisoned. When Cinderella woke up she ran far away. Later she ended up getting married to a king.


Cinderella Cat at the Ball

Once upon a time there lived a cat named Cinderella and her mean stepsisters. They made Cinderella do all of the work for them. One day there was a ball and Cinderella’s stepsisters went. Cinderella really wanted to go. She met a person that ended up being her fairy godmother and she had magic. She could make Cinderella go to the ball if she wanted to. A little later after her stepsisters left for the ball, Cinderella’s godmother used he magic and turned a pumpkin into a car. She also used her magic to get some pretty glass shoes and a pretty dress. Then she went in the pumpkin that had been turned into a car. Cinderella got to the ball and met a prince. They danced together and they had fun together. The next day they got married and they had kids. Cinderella had two girls. They lived happily ever after. The End.

Cinderella’s Secret

She decided to try to marry both and keep it a secret so no one would know. One of them found out and dumped her. Cinderella ended up marrying the king named Joe. They lived happily ever after. Cinderella Snake

Cinderella cried because she didn’t get an invitation. The fairy muskrat gave her a magic slipper and the prince fell in love with her. Cinderella and the prince lived happily ever after.


Cinderella Rabbit

Once upon a time there was a Cinderella rabbit and she had to do the same chores everyday. Then the doorbell rang and Cinderella opened the door and the mailman gave her a letter. She opened the letter and it said that there is a ball the next week. Cinderella asked if she could go and her stepmother said no. Her stepsisters wanted her to go so the next day she made a dress. That night her stepmother ripped her dress. The next morning she went to try on the dress and found out it had been ripped. So she made another dress. Later that week she put it on to go to the ball. At the ball she danced with the prince. Cinderella and the prince got married that day. They lived happily ever after. The End.


Cinderella and the Missing Broom

One morning Cinderella was so used to sweeping that when she went to the closet to get eh broom it was gone. She looked all around the mansion but it was not there at all. Cinderella even asked the prince and he did not know where it was. The prince said it should be in the closet. Cinderella told him she had already looked there. So the prince helped her look for it but they still could not find it. There was only one place left to look. The butler had it and she was sweeping with it. The End.


Cinderella Monkey

Once upon a time there was a monkey named Cinderella and her two evil sisters and mother. One day they were invited to a Banana Ball and they all got very exited. The sisters all said they were all going to marry the prince. The others said no because the prince is going to marry a skinny monkey not a fat monkey like you. Cinderella asked if she could go too. The stepsisters were quiet for a minute and then they started to last. The sisters wanted to know why the prince would want to see someone like Cinderella. The night of the ball was here and the stepsisters were getting ready. The stepsisters complained, one said her dress had dust on it, another said hers had a thread on it and both complained that their dresses needed to be ironed. Everyone went to the ball except for Cinderella. Her fairy monkey mother came to Cinderella and asked why she was crying, She told he it was because she could not go to the ball. The monkey mother got a banana and made a team of horses and a banana carriage. Cinderella got to the ball and ate and danced and ate and danced. When twelve o’clock came she ran away, Her glove fell off while she was running. When the prince found Cinderella they got married and ate all the bananas they could eat.


Cinderella Penguin

Once upon a time there was a penguin named Cinderella. Her stepsisters were very mean. Cinderella had to do all the chores. One day they got a letter from the prince. He was having a costume party at the castle. Cinderella was helping her sisters get on their costumes. She wanted to go but her sisters just laughed at her. When her sisters left, she started to cry. The great fairy penguin appeared and asked her why she was crying, the fairy told her to get a pumpkin. The fairy turned a pumpkin into a coach, mice into horses and cheese into a coachman. Cinderella got to dance with the prince. She looked at the clock it was twelve o’clock and she ran home. One of her shoes had fallen off. People went around letting people try it on. They were looking to see who it fit. It fit Cinderella. When she had on the shoe her nice clothes came back on. She thanked the fairy penguin. The next day she got married to the prince. They lived happily ever after. The End.


Cinderella the Football Player

Once upon a time there was a football player named Cinderella. She was really rich. She had a family and all. One day she took a trip with her team and played in professional games. Everyday she won the game. After the game she always had practice and got better and better. Then the day she came home her family had moved and they forgot about her. She had no place to live and soon had no more money. Cinderella went searching for a family. So she found one. She was a tomboy before she got that family. She could not play football, she was soon a maid who wanted to go to a ball but she could not. Her football fairy godmother let her but she could only stay until midnight. When she left she dropped the football. The prince came around the town but no one liked football but her. Soon Cinderella and the prince got married and they always watched football. The End.


Cinderella Penguin

Cinderella was a sweet little penguin she always did what her stepmother and stepsisters told her to. One day a letter came in the mail. It said that there would be a ball in a few weeks. Cinderella asked her stepmother is she could go to the ball. Her stepmother told her she could not go because she did not have anything to wear. She had to get her stepmother and stepsisters ready for the ball. The night of the ball finally came and everyone went besides Cinderella. She was so sad that she could cry because she couldn’t go to the ball. She saw a little lady who came and made her wishes come true. She told her to be back by twelve. She had a great time but it was time to come home. She was running down the stairs and her shoe fell off. The prince found her shoe and went from house to house and found her. They got married the next day. The End.


Cinderella and the Boyfriend

Cinderella lived in a poor place. She wanted to live with someone so she went to meet father and mother. On the way she saw a cute boy. She went over there and found out it was a prince. Then her fairy godmother appeared and turned her into a person who was rich. Now that she was rich she was so happy to meet the prince. They got married and had kids. Their kids grew up and got married and had kids. All them were married and lived happily every after.


New Story – Cinderella Ghost

Cinderella ghost lived with her stepsisters and mother. She had to clean up all the mess her stepsisters made because she is nice. There was a ball and she wanted to go. She cried because she was not dressed up well. A person made a donkey turn into a big horse and some sticks were turned into a stagecoach. Finally a jar was turned into a limo. She was so happy but she knew she had to be home by midnight. She got to dance with the prince at the ball. It was midnight and she forgot her flowers. When the prince found her they got married had kids. The End.

Once a girl named Cinderella named Cinderella lived in a beautiful house. She lived with some nice stepsisters. They had two sisters and a stepmother. The stepmother was not so nice. The palace was going to have a ball. Her sisters want Cinderella to go but her stepmother has said no. They went off to the ball and Cinderella started to cry. All of a sudden a very good mother came and asked her what was the matter. She told her about how everyone got to go to the ball. The good mother suddenly took a pumpkin and turned it into a golden carriage. A mouse was turned into a beautiful coachman. Cinderella was given a beautiful dress and she was off to the ball. Her mother saw her when she was there and she was so mad. She got to dance with the prince. The prince asked Cinderella to marry him and she said yes. So then they lived happily ever after.
