Today was a wonderful day for my class and many of their parents. We attended "Celebration 99," hosted by The Long Island Team Electronic Educational Village.

• A concert by the Half Hollow Hills Halftones
• We presented Owl Prowl to the students in Betsy Murphy's class from HHH Ostego Elementary School
• Mrs. Murphy's class introduced us to Hyper Studio
• Kate Martin, from the Theodore Roosevelt Sanctuary showed us live birds of prey
• We all had lunch together in the lovely Hillwood Commons at Long Island University, C. W. Post Campus
• The staff from The Voice showed us how they put together their electronic magazine
