The rat represents America, and the deer represents the rest of the world.

Question: What image does the rest of the world have of the USA in 2004?
The rest of the is shunning the U.S because they are always trying to get involved in other people's buisiness, when they are not wanted, and make things worse.

Question: How can the USA improve its image with the other countries in the world?
The U.S. can start by letting people outside the U.S. solve problems on there own,unless they are asked to help.
