I think that he is magical or somthing and he is blind. But by his "eyes" he can see what is going on and who is at the door and things like that In response to: I think he has it on his leg because he sees everything that you do so you can't act bad or he will see you. In response to: Why does Count Olaf have an eye tatooed on his leg?
