He keeps his house in bad condition because he does not want people to be in his house so if it is in bad condition no one will come in his house. In response to: We had a tie! Please answer one of the following Questions: 1. Why does Count Olaf keep his house in such bad condition? 2. Why does Count Olaf have a tower at the back of his house?
