Count Olaf was so calm because he had taken Sunny and he knew if he threatened Sunny's life if the kid's didnt keep quiet about his plan. So in order to keep Sunny alive, the kids must do as Cont Olaf says and probably go along with the play. In response to: Why was Count Olaf so calm when Klaus found out his plan?
