Ms. Soto's Computer Class 1S
The Greenwich Country Day School
Greenwich, Connecticut

Autumn has come to Connecticut and especially to Greenwich Country Day School. The outdoors are alive with signs of Fall and First Graders love to discover new Signs of Fall each and every day.

This autumn our school librarian read our first grade classes a variety autumn books in library class, including Wild Child by Lynn Plourde, Dappled Apples by Jan Carr, Peepers by Eve Bunting, and Possum’s Harvest Moon by Anne Hunter.

All of the First Grade classrooms have been buzzing with signs of Fall, and in computer class we discussed Fall and made Fall graphic organizers in Kidspiration. The first week we brought in graphics of Signs of Fall and the next week we made sentences for each graphic. We hope you enjoy our projects!
