| We had the students draw a mitten in Paint
(Microsoft Office 2000) Then they went to the website www.enchantedlearning.com and got a
picture of all the animals that crawled into the mitten and put them into the mitten. It
was a very tedious project but the kids really learned to right click, copy, paste,
free-hand drawing. The kids are so proud of their pictures. One little girl even wrote us
a thank you note inside a mitten that she had done on the computer. The teachers also did a science lesson on these animals and gave the students copies of the printouts on this website for them to color. |
