E-mailed the author, Dianne Stewart and the illustrator, Jude Daly. These two wonderful South African ladies sent them stimulating and exciting replies.

They all played "Gift of the sun" games
They all discussed and compared the Southern and Northern hemisphere weather through the games played on-line and by looking at where the other Frosty reader schools were on the world map.
