Ladybug Living
Ladybugs live in lots of different places, including forests, fields, grasslands, gardens, and even in people's houses! The most important thing about where a ladybug lives, since ladybugs are cold blooded, is that the place they live in is warm. In fact, ladybugs won't fly if the temperature is below 55 degrees Fahrenheit.
When it gets too cold, ladybugs go into hibernation. During hibernation, ladybugs are sleeping over the winter while living off their extra body fat. They try to find a warm, comfortable spot where large groups of them can hibernate. Once winter is over, the ladybugs become awake and active again.
