Eating
For my survival, I feed on aphids, mealybug, scale insects, and mites, the favorite food of my family.  Yes, we are carnivores, we love to eat meat.  During hibernation, we feed on stored fat and extinction of my family may be difficult, as each of my female counterparts lay more than 1000 eggs during their lifetime.  Now, you do the math, since there are nearly 5,000 different kinds of us, and of course, the 400 types of us that live here in North America, then it’s virtually impossible to remove us.  Unless there is some catastrophe, which I don’t want to think about, we are here to stay.
