A2: That the Northern States are equal to the Southern States and that the North doesn't hold anything against them. They want to help the South in what ever way they can.

A3: The black man is submitting his vote but he must do so in a separate box. The white men have a separate box from the black men so that the black men's votes would not affect their decision.

A4: Not very much as they have a seperate box for their votes. They may  not have even counted the black mans vote.

A5: He is hurting him. The picture means that white men are allowed to do that, because white men are better to black men. Which is not the case because we are all equals we eat sleep and die the same way.

A6: The black mans rights. They tried to make them less of a person because they were coloured they didn't choose to be that colour. They tried to break down the fact that every man has an equal chance at life.

A3: It is showing the ineffectiveness and unimportance of the Black man's vote. He is putting his vote in a different ballot box, and is inferior to the white man's vote.

 A4: Elections really aren't effected, one because black men, although they had the vote didn't or couldn't because of other influences. And two because the ballot box were controlled and who knows what could have been happening to their votes.
