Q1: How were mummies made?
A1: First they were dipped in a type of salt. Then their organs were taken out. After they were wrapped in linen and jewelry and accessories and make up were added.
Q2: How do ancient Egyptian’s funerals differ from the funerals we have now?
A2: Egyptian funerals weren't as sad as ours because the Egyptian had an after life.

Q1:How were mummies made?
A1:First, the dead body was preserved with special chemicals that took about 70 days. Then, the preserved body was wrapped in linen and covered with a layer of resin.
Q2:How do ancient Egyptian’s funerals differ from the funerals we have now?
A2:Ancient Egyptian funerals involved carrying the body while people "mourned" for the loss of the Pharaoh. The "mourners" were hired to wail and to throw dust everywhere. Nowadays, the coffin is wood, and it is sent to the burial area. People who really do mourn watch the coffin being buried.
