 A2:This terrorist attack is linked to other attacks in the world because it was carried out by members of Osama Bin Laden's network of terrorists.

 A3:In this cartoon Bush is ready to attack Sadam. The congress is locked away so that Bush doesn't have to worry about not having his decision to attack Sadam approved by them. The house of Representatives is is hanging on to Bush's finger giving a weary "yes" trying to decide if they were making the right decision to grant him permission.

 A4:Congress is locked up because Bush doesn't want the congress to continue to refuse granting him permission to attack Sadam.

A2:  This is linked to other terrorist attacks because they all have to do with attacks on other countries and they mostly have to do with racism towards other nationalities.

 Q3:  What is going on in this cartoon?
 A3:  This cartoon is showing confusion about the war between Iraq and America. George Bush and Sadam are fighting and Congress and the house of representatives are holding George Bush back. They said that he should not fight against Iraq but he still wants to.

 A4:  Congress is locked up because it can not get it's opinions through to George Bush. They said no to the war on Iraq, but he refuses to listen to them so it's like they are locked up.

 A5:  I think that it is a continuation of the World Trade Center attack of 2001 because they used our own planes against us and they wanted to destroy a place where they no many Americans are working. Also, they did not destroy it the first time so they wanted to finish it.
