In order to use the text-to-speech features of this
website you will need to ensure that your computer meets certain minimum
requirements, and you will need to download some software components.

- Are you using the Internet Explorer web browser,
version 4.0 or later? If not, then the software components may not work
properly.
- Next, you may need to download the "Microsoft Agent
Core Components" - this software is normally installed as part of Windows XP
and Windows 2000 so you should be able to skip this step if you are running
one of these operating systems. If you believe you may need to install
