In order to use the text-to-speech features of this website you will need to ensure that your computer meets certain minimum requirements, and you will need to download some software components.  Please follow these instructions to enable text-to-speech.

1. Are you using a PC (not a Mac) and running Windows XP or Windows 2000?  If not, ignore the rest of these instructions, because the text-to-speech is only supported on PC's running the newer Microsoft operating systems.
    
2. Do you have a sound card and speakers attached to your PC?  If not, then you will not be able to hear the text-to-speech.
    
3. Are you using the Internet Explorer web browser, version 4.0 or later?  If not, then the software components may not work properly.
    
4. Next, you may need to download the "Microsoft Agent Core Components" - this software is normally installed as part of Windows XP and Windows 2000 so you should be able to skip this step if you are running one of these operating systems.  If you believe you may need to install the core components, click the link below and follow the on-screen instructions:

5. Now you must install a text-to-speech engine.  This site uses the Lernout&Hauspie® TruVoice engine.  Click the link below to install:

6. Now you are ready to download and install the Microsoft Agent used on this site - MrCleaner - by clicking on the link below and following the on-screen instructions:
