The children probably felt terrible that their parents died and their mansion burned down, especially Klaus because he loved books and the library was destroyed.

I felt upset for them because they were all so young. I have felt the pain they felt when my dog died so I kind of do know what it feels like already.

I felt upset for them because they are young kids.I felt sorry for them that there parents died,because I had a friend who lost her mom and she was very sad.I also felt bad for Klaus because he didn't get to read all the books in the libaray that he was going too.

They probably felt terrible because all of their possession were gone,their house was destroyed,and their parents died.Klaus was probably very upset because all of the books he loved were burned and so was the library.I feel very bad for Sunny because she was so little so she wouldnt understand what had happened to her parents untill she got older.

I think the children felt terrible because they lost their parents,house and all of their possessions. I felt bad for all of the children especially Sunny because when she got older the other children would have to tell her what happened and she would be very sad. I also felt sad for them because they weren't even home when it all happened they were at the beach and they were told that their parents died.
