Assignment:  Pretend that you are Dr. Phil or Oprah and interview the Baudelaire children.  Develop questions to ask them and create responses.

WELCOME TO THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW!

 Oprah: Welcome to the Oprah Winfrey Show! I’m Oprah Winfrey. I have here today the evil, the cruel, the clever, Count Olaf!!!

Olaf: Hello everyone!

Oprah: So Olaf, do you mind if I call you Olaf?

Olaf: No, don’t call me that.

Oprah: Okay! So, is it true that you generously invited the Baudelaire orphans to your home after that terrible, terrible accident with their parents?

Olaf: Of course not! I never wanted the Baudelaire brats! I just let them in so I could get their fortune…oops!

Oprah: Um… right! Next question: if you had one wish what would that wish be? Now, be totally honest!

Olaf: My wish would be to marry Violet Baudelaire, dispose of her and her siblings, and get the Baudelaire fortune! HAHAHA…HA…HA…we’re not filming, right?

Oprah: Um…right. Okay, that’s all the time we have for today. Join us next time. I’m Oprah Winfrey. Have a nice day!
