To learn more about what they could do
on Earth Day and every day, second graders in Mrs. Rosati's class
read Recycle! A Handbook for Kids by Gail Gibbons. They also
used other sources including an insert in our local newspaper, the
Rochester Democrat and Chronicle and an issue of Scholastic News. To
summarize their learning, students made graphic organizers using
Kidspiration 2. Then they created beautiful spring and Earth Day
images with Kid Pix 4.
