Dear Rebecca, Winter Is Here

Winter is here! I like winter because I get to go to Twin Brooks and go sledding.  I also like to play in the snow and make snow angels.  I don’t like to dress warm in winter.  I just love to sit by the fire.

Winter is here!  I know winter is here because it is cold out.  I like making snow angels.   I drink hot cocoa when it is winter and when it is cold I wait for ground hog’s day too. I feel like snuggling up in my bed.

Winter is here! We have not had a lot of snow. I like to make snow angels! I am waiting for spring. I really like winter!

Winter is here and I don’t think is because we only had a little snow.  I didn’t get to play outside because I was sick.  Winter is a good season for skiing, snowball fights, and sledding. In winter you have to bundle up so tight so you can be warm.  A lot of times I go by the fire place to warm up.  Snow delays from school I like a lot because I get to play in the snow.  I make snow angels a lot. I like winter!

Winter is here! It is getting cold out.  I like these things about winter because Santa comes.  I also like winter because people play ice hockey.  But I fall off my sled by flying off a bump.

I know that winter is here.   I also like winter too, like you.   Winter makes me happy because I get to play in the snow. You can not tell winter what to be.

Winter is here!   I know because Santa comes down the chimney.   If it’s icy outside, we could go ice skating. If it’s snowy outside, maybe we could see the ground hog!    I can’t wait until summer.

Winter is here!   I like to make snow angels in winter time.  My favorite part of winter is making snowballs and throwing it at people.  Also I like to make snowmen.

Winter is here.   Puffy clouds cover the sky. It’s time for the ground hog to come out.   When winter comes I like to stay inside and drink cocoa.  Winter is the time to make forts and have snow ball fights. The bears hibernate.  I like winter!

Winter is here.   We make snow men. We are waiting for the ground hog to come out.  We are waiting for Martin Luther King’s birthday.  I feel good about winter.

Winter is here!   I can tell because it is pretty cold out.  We haven’t had much snow where I am.  My favorite part of winter is when the animals hibernate.  I also like Christmas and Chanukah and also New Year’s Day.

I like winter because then we can go sledding,  have snow ball fights,  skiing, and we can make angels in the snow! Winter is here!  The snow makes all the ground white.  It looks nice when the ground is all white. I like it a lot.

Winter is here!   It is getting really cold. We have no snow this year.  My favorite part is when the wolves come from their dens and run free.  Winter is cool!

Winter is here! I know winter is here because it is really cold.  What I like about winter is I can make a snow man with my brothers.  What I also like about winter is I like to go outside with my dog Zeuss.  I hope summer comes very, very soon because I am cold!

Winter is here.   I like winter because I like to ride my sled.  I like to go to Beardsley Park to rides my sled there too.  I like winter because it is fun. I like seeing snow falling from the sky.  I liked the book.  It was nice.

I like to go ice skating.  Do you?  I like to make snowmen.  I like to make snow angels like you Grandma wrote in the book.  I really liked when the wolves came out and howled at the moon.  Then when the turtles and frogs go into the mud.  I loved when little hands of light begin to push back edges of darkness.   Then when the streams stop flowing and turned into ice.

Winter is here!   It is cold.  My favorite part is when the wolves come out to howl. I like sledding too.  I can’t wait until summer begins because I like playing outside.
