I was shocked. I couldn’t believe that anyone could possibly say something like that. Everyone needs Mathematics to be successful. Then, Justin came to me to say hi.

            “Hey, you still confused about those equations Ms.Kerr was talking about?”

“Nope, are you?”

“Well, kind of. They’re hard.”

“No, they’re not. Selena showed me how to do them. All you have to do is know how to multiply, divide and study your timetables.”

“Oh, please. You expect me to be such a nerd. I’m not doing that.”

“Fine, I guess you can afford to fail your test and not get into trouble with your parents. As for me, my mother would definitely ground me for a week or more. I want to do well because I would like to stay out and play with my friends who live on my building.”

Then, the both of them left for class.
