The feedback
from my summer students was very positive, so I decided to
repeat this for my fall 2005 class. My only revision was
to include three novels with smaller groups. Students from
this class had a choice of:

Creatively use
technology to support different learning
styles (Course Objective 3)
Teachers will use
technology to teach reading in the content
areas. (Course Objective 12)
Our mid term project
will be to complete an Extension Project for
your novel. Your project must be computer
generated. Use any software program
you would like. If I don't have the program
you will need to send it to me as a gif or
jpg. Your project may be showcased on the
collaborative project web site.
In order to
receive full credit for the mid term project
you must participate in ALL
threaded book discussions and lead at least
one online discussion about a chapter. No
partial credit will be given.
